These races will be run after the Nottingham Junior Race Day Experience which is a Taster Day open to all who want to find out more about pony racing. The races will be run under Point-to-Point pony racing regulations. If you are not a PRA Member (2023) you will need to join via the website. Once you have done this you then need to register your pony to your account. Vaccinations will need to be in line with the BHA requirements with a booster within 6 months of race day.
Approx distances given – these will be confirmed
Race 1 – 138 cm and under.For combinations not to have been placed 1st-4th in a Racecourse Series race, 1st in a Point-to-Point open pony race or 1st -4th in an Open Pony Club race in the last 3 years.
Race 2 – 148 cm and under.For combinations not to have been placed 1st-4th in a Racecourse Series race or 1st in a Point-to-Point open pony race or 1st -4th in an Open Pony Club race in the last 3 years.
Race 3 -128 cm and under. .For combinations not to have been placed 1st-4th in a Racecourse Series race or 1st in a Point-to-Point open pony race or 1st -4th in an Open Pony Club race in the last 3 years.
Races may divide. Maximum 10 runners per race.
