This unmounted Taster Day, due to run on 29th March, has been moved to Saturday 4th May.

The Taster Sessions will take place in the morning, before racing. This unmounted day is not available to those Pony Racing on the day due to the timings.
Times and other information such as parking, meeting place etcetera will be emailed to those registered nearer the date. Times are TBC but likely to start at 10.30am and will lead into an afternoon of watching Pony Club Pony Racing.
This is a chance to find out more about pony racing and activities may include:
Having a go on an equicisor with a qualified coach
Finding out what you need to do to get pony racing on your own pony or with one of our PRA Academies for riders who don’t have a pony
Finding out how fit you need to be to ride in a pony race
Having a tour round the racecourse
Watching children from 9-16 take part in The Pony Club Pony Race Day with races for 128cm, 138cm and 148cm ponies.
This day is for everyone (recommended participant age from age 7 to 16). No specialist knowledge, equipment or pony required. This unmounted day is not suitable for those Pony Racing on the day.
The day is free to attend, but places must be booked in advance as there are limited spaces available. Participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the day.
