OPEN Races: The 1st & 2nd ponies past the post will be eligible for the South East Area Final to be held at Plumpton Racecourse on Sunday, 10th May Where combinations have already qualified the next two ponies past the post will qualify.
For riders and ponies, who have qualified as per the PRA Regulations and who have NEVER WON any race. Neither rider nor pony can have taken part in the Racecourse Series aka “Charles Owen”.
