PLEASE NOTE: COMBINATIONS CAN ONLY BE ENTERED IN ONE RACE ON ANY ONE WEEKEND.
FOR THOSE WITH MORE THAN ONE PONY, IF MAKING ENTRIES FOR MORE THAN ONE RACE AT A FIXTURE, YOU MUST STATE YOUR PREFERRED RACE. SHOULD THE RACES BE OVER SUBSCRIBED YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO RIDE IN ONE RACE ON THE DAY.
Ponies may not be led to the start. A hunt escort will be provided.
Mementos will be given to all those taking part and there will also be a prize for the first Novice Rider past the post in both races. A Novice Rider is someone who has NOT won ANY pony race before the start of the 2024 Point-to-Point Pony racing Season.
A prize will be presented at this fixture to the Northern Area rider who accumulates the most points during the season at the Northern Area PtP Pony Racing Fixtures. Points will be allocated as follows: 1st: 6 2nd: 4 3rd: 2 4th: 1.
The fixtures being: Jedforest (21/1), Berwickshire (11/2), Buccleuch (9/3), Lanarkshire & Renfrewshire and Eglinton (23/3), Morpeth (29/3), Tynedale (1/4), Overton Races (27/4) and the Haydon (18/5).
